  • Is it possible to transfer my booking to a new date?

    Yes. So long as your requested rental is available you can transfer to a new date within an 18—month period of your original reservation.

  • I've already paid a deposit. Can I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?

    We will refund your deposit only if we are subject to a lockdown or if the campsite is the object of an administrative closure order.

  • Do I still have to pay the booking balance 15 days prior to arrival?

    If the campsite is not the object of an administrative closure and can welcome you on the arranged date then the balance must be paid as stated. If the opening date of the campsite has not been decided then payment may be deferred.
    You will receive notification by email as soon as the opening date has been confirmed.

  • I've paid for some, or all of my reservation and have tested positive for covid or am a close contact of somebody who has tested positive, what should I do?

    EnYou'll need to supply justification.
    If you have taken out cancellation insurance you will be refunded the amount you have paid minus the deductible of 15 euros. See the insurance terms and conditions).
    If you haven't taken out cancellation insurance we will give you a credit voucher for the amount paid, this voucher will be valid for 18 months and is non-refundable.
